Who is this for?+
We focus on US businesses with $1M–$50M in revenue and USD books. Owner-led businesses can start with managed accounting; existing finance teams can add dedicated capacity or project support.
Do we need cleanup before we start?+
Not automatically. We assess the books first. If catch-up work or cleanup is needed, it is quoted as a separately scoped project from $5,000.
How does fractional support work?+
We agree the responsibilities, time allocation and price for your specific needs. Fractional Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller and CFO support is quoted separately. Dedicated starting rates are not fractional package prices.
Will the team work our business hours?+
Yes. Full US business-hours coverage is a requirement for the team, regardless of where each person is located in Latin America. The working schedule is agreed for your engagement.
Who do we contract with?+
Remote Accounting Team is a Colombian company. We discuss the appropriate entity and paperwork before engagement.
How soon can we start?+
After discussing the work, we check capacity and confirm a realistic start date. We do not promise immediate availability before that check.
What is outside your scope?+
We do not process or file payroll, prepare personal tax returns, issue audit opinions or deliver audited financial statements. Audit-readiness work supports preparation; your independent audit firm performs the audit.
